  • Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between keyboard keys and mouse crevices.

8.2. Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the keyboard and mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

9. Troubleshooting

9.1. Keyboard Issues

  • Keyboard not responding: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port.
  • Keys not working: Check for physical obstructions. If specific keys are not working, try cleaning around them. Reinstall keyboard drivers if necessary.
  • Backlighting not working: Ensure the keyboard is powered on. Check if backlight brightness is turned down or if a lighting mode is selected that appears off.

9.2. Mouse Issues

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is powered on and the USB wireless receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
  • Lag or disconnections: Ensure the mouse is within the 10-meter range of the receiver. Avoid interference from other wireless devices. Charge the mouse if the battery is low.
