Operating Instructions
1. Filling the Kettle

- Open the lid and fill the kettle with fresh water. Do not fill below the '1 CUP' rapid boil zone marking or above the 'MAX' fill line to prevent boil-dry or overflow.
- Close the lid securely.
2. Boiling Water
- Place the filled kettle onto its power base.
- Press the ON/OFF switch located at the bottom of the handle. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the kettle is heating.
- The kettle will automatically shut off once the water reaches a rolling boil, and the indicator light will turn off.
3. Pouring
- Carefully lift the kettle from its base using the cool-touch handle.
- The precision gooseneck spout allows for a steady, controlled pour, ideal for pour-over coffee, tea, or instant meals.
- Always pour slowly and carefully to avoid splashing hot water.

Care and Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- For the interior, fill the kettle with warm, soapy water, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Never immerse the kettle or its power base in water.
- The removable filter behind the spout can be cleaned by rinsing it under running water.
2. Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. Descaling regularly will maintain performance and extend the kettle's lifespan.
- Fill the kettle with 2 cups of white vinegar and 2 cups of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for 30 minutes.
