3. Setup

3.1. Installing the Battery Pack

1. Ensure the grease gun is turned off.
2. Align the battery pack with the battery port on the tool.
3. Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery pack out.

3.2. Loading a Grease Cartridge

1. Unscrew the barrel from the grease gun head.
2. Pull the plunger rod all the way back and lock it into place.
3. Remove the cap from the grease cartridge and insert the open end into the barrel.
4. Remove the seal from the other end of the cartridge.
5. Screw the barrel back onto the grease gun head until hand-tight.
6. Release the plunger rod.

3.3. Attaching the Hose and Coupler

1. Thread the flexible hose onto the outlet port of the grease gun head. Tighten securely.
2. Attach the right-angle coupler to the end of the flexible hose.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Priming the Grease Gun

1. Point the nozzle into a waste container.
2. Press the trigger repeatedly until grease begins to flow smoothly.

4.2. Selecting Speed

1. Rotate the dial to the desired number of grease shots.

3. Press the trigger. The gun will dispense the preset amount and stop automatically.
4. To dispense continuously, set the dial to the 'C' (Continuous) position.

4.4. Lubrication Procedure

1. Clean the grease fitting before attaching the coupler.
2. Firmly attach the coupler to the grease fitting.
3. Press the trigger to dispense grease. Observe the component being lubricated for signs of proper greasing (e.g., grease oozing from seals).
4. Release the trigger to stop the flow.
5. To remove the coupler, twist it slightly while pulling it straight off the fitting.

• Always disconnect the battery pack before cleaning.
• Wipe the tool with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
