1.1. Package Contents

1.2. Charging the Headphones
For wireless operation, the headphones must be charged. Connect the USB charging cable to the headphone's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.
1.3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, computer, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "V-Moda Crossfade 2 CE".
- Select the headphones from the list to connect. The LED will turn solid blue once connected.
1.4. Wired Connections
The Crossfade 2 Competition Edition headphones can be used in wired mode, which also enables Hi-Res Audio. This is useful for gaming consoles or when battery power is low.
- Standard Audio Cable: Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone's input jack and to your audio source.
- BoomPro Microphone: For voice communication, connect the BoomPro microphone directly into the headphone's 3.5mm input jack. The BoomPro features an in-line mute switch and volume control.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the power button for 1 second. The LED will flash blue.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED will turn off.
2.2. Bluetooth Controls
When connected via Bluetooth, use the buttons on the right earcup for control:
- Volume Up/Down: Press the '+' or '-' buttons.
- Play/Pause: Press the center button once.
- Next Track: Press the center button twice.
- Previous Track: Press the center button three times.
- Answer/End Call: Press the center button once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the center button for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the center button for 2 seconds (when not on a call).
2.3. BoomPro Microphone Usage
When the BoomPro microphone is connected, it provides clear voice communication for gaming and calls.

- Mute Switch: Use the physical switch on the BoomPro cable to mute or unmute your microphone.
