Your EGLO Connect.z Parrapos Z Smart LED Ceiling Light offers multiple control options:
6.1. App Control (AwoX App)
The light can be controlled via Bluetooth using the free AwoX app. No hub is required for direct app control from home, and it is also possible offline.
- Download the AwoX app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
- Open the AwoX app and follow the on-screen instructions to discover and pair your light fixture.
App control options include:
- Dimming the light output.
- Changing color temperature between warm white (3000K), neutral white, and cool white (6500K).
- Setting favorite light modes for quick access.
- Creating and managing light groups for simultaneous control of multiple lights.
- Setting timers for automatic on/off schedules.
- Activating special functions like night light, sunset simulation, light alarm, presence simulation, and disco function.
6.2. Voice Control (Alexa, Google Nest)
For voice control, the light utilizes ZigBee 3.0 technology and requires a compatible smart hub (e.g., Amazon Echo with built-in ZigBee hub, Google Nest with compatible bridge).
- Ensure your smart hub is set up and connected to your home network.
- Open the Alexa or Google Home app.
- Initiate device discovery within the app to find your EGLO Connect.z light.
- Follow the app's instructions to add and configure your EGLO Connect.z light.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- Light Source: The integrated LED light source is designed for long life and does not require regular replacement. If the light source fails, it is removable for separate checking, but replacement should be performed by a qualified professional.
