Introduction
Thank you for choosing the VonHaus Saw Horse Twin Pack. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient assembly, operation, and maintenance of your saw horses. Please read these instructions thoroughly before use and retain them for future reference.
Safety Information
Always prioritize safety when using power tools and equipment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Ensure the saw horses are placed on a stable, level surface before use.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 589kg per saw horse (1178kg total for the twin pack).
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and gloves.
- Keep children and bystanders away from the work area.
- Inspect the saw horses for any damage or loose parts before each use. Do not use if damaged.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged before placing any load on the saw horses.
Setup
Follow these steps to set up your VonHaus Saw Horses:
- Unfolding: Place the folded saw horse on a flat surface. Utilize the fast-open mechanism to release and extend the legs. Ensure each leg is fully extended and locked into position.
- Height Adjustment: The saw horses feature 9 adjustable height settings (62-81cm). To adjust, locate the locking pins on each leg, pull them out, slide the leg to the desired height, and re-engage the pins securely. Ensure both saw horses are set to the same height for a level work surface.
- Stability: The pivoting feet are designed to adapt to uneven surfaces, providing enhanced stability. Ensure all four feet of each saw horse are firmly on the ground.

Operating Instructions
The VonHaus Saw Horse Twin Pack is designed for versatility and heavy-duty tasks.
- Load Placement: Carefully place your workpiece or material onto the anti-slip work surface of the saw horses. Ensure the load is evenly distributed and does not exceed the maximum capacity of 589kg per saw horse.
- Creating a Work Platform: For larger workpieces or to create a temporary workbench, utilize the integrated timber hooks. Insert 2x4 timber into the hooks on both saw horses to form a stable frame. Place a sheet of plywood or similar material on top of the timber to create a spacious work platform.
- Cutting Operations: The anti-slip surface provides a secure base for cutting operations. Always ensure your workpiece is stable and clamped if necessary before making any cuts.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your saw horses:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the saw horses with a damp cloth after each use to remove dust, sawdust, and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are tight and functioning correctly. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the saw horses for compact storage. Store them in a dry, protected area to prevent rust and damage. The convenient carry handle makes transportation and storage easy.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your saw horses, refer to the following common solutions:
- Instability: Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked. Check that the saw horses are on a level surface, utilizing the pivoting feet to compensate for minor irregularities. Reduce the load if it exceeds the maximum capacity.
- Difficulty Folding/Unfolding: Check for any obstructions or debris in the folding mechanisms. Ensure all locking pins are disengaged before attempting to fold. Apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts if necessary.
- Damaged Parts: Do not attempt to repair significantly damaged components. Contact VonHaus customer support for replacement parts or professional advice.
