1. Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Moimhear Triple Twin Bunk Bed. Designed with a modern, industrial aesthetic, this bunk bed features a robust iron and steel structure, offering durability and adaptability for various living spaces. Its unique three-layer design allows for multiple configurations to suit your specific needs.
The bed's pure steel frame ensures longevity and stability. Each single bed is supported by 24 steel pipes, contributing to a total load-bearing capacity of 675 lbs (225 lbs per single bed), suitable for teenagers and some adults. The design includes both a long and a short ladder, essential for both access and structural integrity in the multi-layered configurations.

2. Safety Information
Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury.
- Maximum Weight Capacity: Each single bed has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 225 lbs. Do not exceed this limit.
- Top Bunk Age Restriction: The top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
- Guardrails: Always use the provided guardrails on the upper bunks. Ensure they are properly installed and secured.
- Ladder Safety: Always use the ladder for entering and exiting the upper bunks. Do not jump on or off the bed.
- Mattress Size: Use only mattresses that are 75 inches long and 39 inches wide. The mattress thickness should not exceed 6 inches for the top and middle bunks to ensure proper guardrail height.
- Assembly: Assemble the bed strictly according to the provided instructions. Ensure all connections are tight and secure before use. Periodically check and tighten all bolts and screws.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the bed.
- No Horseplay: Prohibit horseplay on or under the bed.
- Location: Place the bed against a wall to prevent falls.

4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly is required for this product. It is recommended that two adults perform the assembly. Please follow the detailed step-by-step instructions provided in the separate assembly manual included with your hardware pack. Ensure you have ample space and all necessary tools (typically an Allen wrench is included, but a screwdriver may also be needed).
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Compare them with the parts list in your assembly manual.
- Assemble Individual Bed Frames: Begin by assembling the three individual twin bed frames according to the instructions. This typically involves attaching side rails to headboards/footboards and installing the bed slats.
- Stacking Configuration (Optional): If assembling as a triple bunk bed, carefully stack the assembled bed frames. The long and short ladders are integral to connecting the layers. Ensure all connecting bolts are securely fastened.
- Install Guardrails: Attach the guardrails to the top and middle bunks as specified in the manual.
- Final Check: Once assembled, double-check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight and secure. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating and Usage
The Moimhear Triple Twin Bunk Bed offers versatile configurations to adapt to your space and needs:
- Triple Bunk Bed: The standard configuration, providing three stacked twin beds, ideal for maximizing vertical space in smaller rooms.
- Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed + Single Bed: You can configure the unit as a two-layer bunk bed and a separate single bed. This offers flexibility for different room layouts or guest arrangements.
- Three Separate Twin Beds: The design allows for the complete separation of all three beds, transforming them into individual twin beds. This is perfect for larger rooms or when the need for stacked beds is no longer present.
To change configurations, carefully disassemble the connecting components and reassemble according to the desired setup, ensuring all connections are secure.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and safety of your Moimhear Triple Twin Bunk Bed.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the powder-coated finish.
- Hardware Check: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) inspect all bolts, screws, and connections. Tighten any that have become loose. Do not overtighten.
- Structural Integrity: Check for any signs of wear, damage, or bending in the metal frame or slats. If any damage is observed, discontinue use and contact customer support.
- Ladder Inspection: Ensure the ladders are securely attached and that rungs are not bent or damaged.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your bunk bed, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- Bed is Wobbly: This is typically caused by loose connections. Re-check and tighten all bolts and screws throughout the entire frame. Ensure the bed is placed on a level surface.
- Squeaking Noises: Squeaking can result from loose connections or metal-on-metal friction. Tighten all hardware. Applying a small amount of silicone spray or wax to connection points (away from sleeping surfaces) might help, but ensure it does not compromise stability.
- Missing Parts: If you find any parts missing upon unboxing, do not proceed with assembly. Refer to the package contents list and contact Moimhear customer support for replacement parts.
- Difficulty Assembling: Ensure you are following the step-by-step instructions precisely. Sometimes, parts may appear similar but have subtle differences. Refer to the diagrams in the assembly manual. If issues persist, contact customer support.
