1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome

2. Getting Started

2.1 Keyboard Overview

2.2 Connection Modes

The K616 Fizz PRO supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth. Use the switch located on the back of the keyboard to select your desired mode.

2.2.1 Wired Connection

1. Locate the USB-C port on the keyboard.
2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard and the USB-A end to your computer's USB port.
3. Set the mode switch on the back of the keyboard to the 'Wired' position.
4. The keyboard will be automatically recognized by your system.

2.2.2 2.4GHz Wireless Connection

1. Locate the 2.4GHz wireless receiver in the keyboard's packaging.
2. Plug the 2.4GHz receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Set the mode switch on the back of the keyboard to the '2.4G' position.
4. The keyboard should connect automatically. If not, press Fn + R to initiate pairing.

2.2.3 Bluetooth Connection

1. Set the mode switch on the back of the keyboard to the 'BT' position.
2. Press and hold Fn + Q, Fn + W, or Fn + E for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode for BT1, BT2, or BT3 respectively. The corresponding key's backlight will flash rapidly.
3. On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), open Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
4. Select "Redragon K616" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the key's backlight will stop flashing.

2.3 Charging the Keyboard

• Adjusting Speed: Use Fn + ? / to decrease animation speed and Fn + Alt to increase animation speed.

3.3 Software Customization

1. Removing Keycaps: Use the provided keycap puller to gently remove the desired keycap.
2. Removing Switches: Use the provided switch puller to carefully grip the top and bottom clips of the switch and pull it straight up.
3. Installing Switches: Align the new switch's pins with the holes on the PCB. Press down firmly until the switch clicks into place. Ensure pins are not bent.
4. Installing Keycaps: Place the keycap over the switch stem and press down gently until it is secure.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Keyboard

• Disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
• Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe the keycaps and chassis.

• 2.4GHz Wireless connection unstable/not connecting:
  Ensure the 2.4GHz receiver is securely plugged into a USB port. Move the keyboard closer to the receiver. Re-pair by pressing Fn + R. Check for interference from other wireless devices.
• Bluetooth connection issues:
  Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Re-enter pairing mode (Fn + Q/W/E for 3 seconds) and re-pair with your device. Forget the device on your computer and try pairing again. Ensure the keyboard is charged.
