4. Setup
Unpacking and Assembly
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Attach the flexible hose to the air inlet on the main unit by pushing it firmly until it clicks into place.
- Connect the telescopic extension tube to the handle of the flexible hose.
- Attach your desired floor nozzle (adjustable floor nozzle or parquet brush) to the end of the telescopic tube.

Dust Bag Installation
The vacuum cleaner uses a 3.5-liter EPA dust bag. Ensure a dust bag is correctly installed before operation.
- Open the dust bag compartment cover.
- If replacing, remove the old dust bag using the hygienic ejection system (see Maintenance section).
- Insert the new dust bag, ensuring the cardboard collar is securely seated in the holder.
- Close the dust bag compartment cover firmly.
5. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- Extend the power cord to the desired length and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The operating radius is 10 meters.
- Press the ON/OFF button located on the main unit to start the vacuum cleaner.
- To turn off the appliance, press the ON/OFF button again.
- After use, unplug the power cord and press the cord rewind button to retract the cable.
Adjusting Suction Power
The suction power can be adjusted using the rotary knob on the main unit to suit different cleaning tasks and surfaces.
- Rotate the knob towards 'MIN' for delicate surfaces or light cleaning.
- Rotate the knob towards 'MAX' for maximum suction on heavily soiled areas or carpets.
Using Attachments

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner. Always unplug the appliance before performing any maintenance.
Replacing the Dust Bag
The H-ENERGY 300 features a hygienic bag disposal system, ideal for allergy sufferers.
- When the dust bag indicator shows full, or suction power decreases significantly, it's time to replace the dust bag.
- Open the dust bag compartment cover.
- Press the bag ejection button. The dust bag will be released without direct contact with dust.
- Carefully remove the full dust bag and dispose of it.
- Insert a new Hoover EPA dust bag, ensuring it is correctly seated.
- Close the compartment cover firmly.

Cleaning the EPA Filter
The washable EPA filter ensures optimal air filtration. Clean it regularly to maintain suction performance.
- Locate the EPA filter compartment (refer to your appliance diagram if unsure).
- Remove the filter.
- Rinse the filter under lukewarm running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergents.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not use a hairdryer or other heating devices.
- Reinsert the dry filter into its compartment and close the cover.
Cleaning Attachments
- Wipe attachments with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before reattaching.
- Periodically check floor nozzles for tangled hair or debris and remove them.
