5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your DREAME L10s Ultra:
5.1 Base Station Maintenance
- Auto-Empty Dust Bag: The 3L dust bag in the base station provides up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. Replace the dust bag when indicated by the app or indicator light.
- Mop Cleaning and Drying: The base station automatically cleans the mop pads by immersing them in water and spinning them against grooves. After cleaning, hot air dries the mops in as little as 2 hours to prevent odors.
- Water Tanks: Regularly check and refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank. The base station also automatically adds cleaning solution.

5.2 Robot Maintenance
- Mop Pads: While the base station cleans them, periodically remove and inspect mop pads for wear or excessive dirt. Replace as needed.
- Brush Roller: The robust rubber brush is designed to prevent hair tangles, but inspect it regularly and remove any wrapped hair or debris using the provided cleaning tool.
- Filter: Clean the robot's filter regularly to maintain optimal suction performance. Refer to the user manual for specific cleaning instructions.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your DREAME L10s Ultra, refer to the official user manual for detailed troubleshooting steps. Here are some common issues and general advice:
- App Connectivity Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the robot is within range. Restarting the app or the robot may resolve minor connection problems.
- Robot Getting Stuck: Clear obstacles from the cleaning path. Use the app to set virtual walls or no-go zones around areas where the robot frequently gets stuck (e.g., loose cables, thick rugs).
- Poor Cleaning Performance: Check if the dust bag is full, mop pads are dirty, or the brush roller is tangled. Clean or replace components as necessary. Ensure water and cleaning solution tanks are adequately filled.
- Water Leakage: If you observe any water leakage, immediately power off the device and consult the user manual or customer support.
