Product Overview

The ROMOSS 20000mAh Portable Charger is a versatile and powerful battery pack designed to keep your devices charged on the go. It features multiple input and output ports, a clear LED digital display, and supports various fast charging protocols to ensure efficient power delivery.

Setup

Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your ROMOSS Power Bank. The power bank supports Micro-USB, Type-C, and Lightning inputs for convenient recharging.

1. Connect the provided USB A to Type C cable, or your own Micro-USB or Lightning cable, to the corresponding input port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included).
3. The LED digital display will show the charging progress. A full charge typically takes approximately 5 hours with a suitable charger.

Operating Instructions

Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to activate the LED digital display, which will show the current battery percentage.

Charging Your Devices

The power bank features three output ports: two USB-A ports and one USB-C port. It can charge up to three devices simultaneously.

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the output ports on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED display will show charging voltage and current.
4. For optimal fast charging, use the USB-C port with a compatible cable and device.

Understanding the LED Display

The upgraded LED digital indicator provides comprehensive information:

• Battery Percentage: Shows the remaining power level.
• Charging Voltage: Displays the current voltage output/input.
• Charging Current: Displays the current amperage output/input.
• Fast Charge+ Mode: Indicated by a blue sign when a Quick Charge-enabled device is connected.

Press the power button alternatively during use to cycle through these display modes.

Maintenance

• Keep the power bank away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and liquids.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
• Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• For long-term storage, charge the power bank to about 50-70% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

• Power Bank not charging:
  - Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the wall charger.
  - Try a different charging cable or wall charger.
  - Verify the wall charger provides sufficient power (e.g., 5V/2A or higher for faster charging).
• Device not charging from Power Bank:
  - Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
  - Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's output port and your device.
  - Try a different charging cable or output port.
  - Press the power button on the power bank to ensure it is active.
• Slow charging:
  - Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and device.
  - If charging multiple devices, the charging speed may be distributed among them.
  - Verify that the power bank itself is fully charged.
• LED display not working:
  - Press the power button to activate the display.
  - If the power bank is completely depleted, the display may not light up until it receives some charge.
