3.1 Main Unit and Strap

3.2 Sensors and Charging Contacts

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
- Gently detach the main unit from the strap.
- Connect the main unit to the USB charging cable, ensuring the charging contacts align correctly.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer's USB port.
- The bracelet display will show a charging indicator. A full charge typically takes 1-2 hours.
4.2 Downloading the Companion App
