1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper use and maintenance of your AGM H5 Pro Rugged Smartphone. Please read it thoroughly before operating the device.

The AGM H5 Pro is designed for durability and performance, featuring a robust build, powerful camera system, and long-lasting battery. It operates on Android 12 and is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core chipset, 8GB RAM, and 128GB ROM.

2.1. What's in the Box

2.2. SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation

The AGM H5 Pro supports dual SIM 4G (SIM card not included) and a Micro SD card up to 512GB (not included). Note that there are only two slots; inserting two SIM cards will prevent the insertion of a Micro SD card.

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
3. Carefully place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD card into the designated slots.
4. Insert the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

2.3. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your AGM H5 Pro. The device features a 7000mAh battery and supports 15W wire charging. A charging dock (not included) is also available for convenient charging.

1. Connect the USB-C cable to the phone's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the power adapter.
3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
4. The charging indicator will appear on the screen.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1. Camera System

The AGM H5 Pro is equipped with a versatile triple camera system:

• 20MP Infrared Night Vision Camera: Capture clear images in complete darkness.
• 48MP Main Camera: For high-resolution photos in various lighting conditions.
• 2MP Macro Camera: For detailed close-up shots.
• 20MP Front Camera: For high-resolution selfies and video calls.

To access the camera, tap the camera icon on your home screen or lock screen. Switch between modes (Photo, Video, Night Vision, Macro) as needed.

3.2. Loudspeaker and RGB Ringlight

The device features a 109dB loudspeaker with SmartPA enhancement, ideal for loud environments or emergency signals. The dynamic RGB ringlight on the back changes with music rhythm and offers 5 selectable modes.

3.3. General Operation

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button until the device powers on or off.
• Volume Control: Use the Volume Up/Down buttons on the side of the device.
• Fingerprint Sensor: The rear-mounted fingerprint sensor allows for quick and secure unlocking.
• NFC: The phone supports NFC for contactless payments and data transfer.

4. Maintenance

4.1. Rugged Features

The AGM H5 Pro is built to withstand harsh conditions, having passed IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certifications. This means it is:

• Drop-proof: Withstands drops from up to 4.92ft (1.5m) onto concrete.
• Waterproof: Can survive under 4.92ft (1.5m) of water for 30 minutes.
• Dustproof: Highly resistant to dust ingress.

4.2. General Care

• Keep all ports clean and free of debris.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures beyond its operating range.
• Regularly back up your data to prevent loss.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1. Network Compatibility

The AGM H5 Pro supports dual SIM 4G and is compatible with T-Mobile carrier only. It does NOT support other carriers. Ensure your SIM card is from a compatible network.

5.2. Battery Life

If you experience rapid battery drain, check background app usage and adjust power-saving settings. The 7000mAh battery is designed for extended use, offering over 10 days of standby time, 150 hours of music, and 32 hours of video playback.

5.3. General Performance Issues

For slow performance, consider clearing cache, uninstalling unused apps, or performing a factory reset (note: this will erase all data). The MediaTek Helio G85 processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM is designed for smooth operation.
