3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the VIVO DESK-KIT-3E8B requires careful attention to detail. All necessary tools are included. Please note that some drilling is required to secure the desktop to the frame.

Before You Begin:

• Unpack all components and verify against the parts list (not provided in this manual, refer to your product packaging).
• Clear a spacious area for assembly.
• Have a drill ready for securing the desktop.

Assembly Steps:

1. Assemble the Desk Frame: Follow the provided diagrams to connect the leg columns, crossbars, and feet. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
2. Attach the Table Tops: Carefully place the two black solid table tops onto the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes (if any) or mark new pilot holes for drilling.
3. Secure Table Tops: Using a drill, secure the table tops to the frame with the provided screws. Ensure the tops are flush and stable.
4. Install Control Panel: Mount the smart touch control panel to the underside of the desk in an easily accessible location.
5. Connect Electronics: Connect the motor cables and control panel cable to the control box. Plug the power cord into the control box and then into a wall outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The VIVO DESK-KIT-3E8B features an intuitive smart touch control panel for easy height adjustment and memory functions.

Height Adjustment:

• Press the Up Arrow button to raise the desk.
• Press the Down Arrow button to lower the desk.
• Release the button at your desired height. The LED display will show the current height.

Setting Memory Presets:

The desk allows you to save up to 4 preferred heights.

1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
2. Press the M button. The LED display will flash.
3. Within 3 seconds, press one of the number buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that preset.
4. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding number button.

Power Saving Mode:

The control panel will enter power saving mode, indicated by "---", after 60 seconds of inactivity. To reactivate the panel, press any button.
