1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Remove all packaging materials, including the foam base and adhesive tape.
Inspect the refrigerator for any damage during transit. Report any damage to your retailer immediately.
Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.

3.2 Placement

Place the refrigerator on a flat, stable surface strong enough to support the appliance when fully loaded.
Ensure adequate ventilation. Allow at least 5 inches (12.7 cm) of space between the back and sides of the refrigerator and any adjacent walls or cabinets to ensure proper air circulation.
Avoid placing the refrigerator in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as stoves, heaters, or radiators.
This appliance is designed for freestanding installation only. Do not recess or build it into cabinetry.

3.3 Leveling

It is important for the refrigerator to be level to function properly. If the appliance is not level, adjust the leveling legs located at the bottom of the unit by turning them clockwise to raise or counter-clockwise to lower.

3.4 Power Connection

Plug the refrigerator into a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet.
Do not use an adapter or extension cord.
Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle.

4.1 Initial Startup

After plugging in the refrigerator, allow it to operate for 2-3 hours before placing food inside. This will ensure the interior reaches the optimal cooling temperature.

4.2 Temperature Control

The Contoure RV-170BK Mini Refrigerator features a compressor cooling method and an automatic defrost system. Please note that this model does not have adjustable temperature control. The internal temperature is factory-set for optimal food preservation.
