Setup

1. SIM Card and Battery Installation

Your TOKVIA T102 phone supports all SIM card formats (Standard, Micro, Nano) and comes with adaptors. Ensure the phone is powered off before installation.

Remove the back cover of the phone.
Insert your SIM card into the designated slot. Refer to the diagram inside the phone for correct orientation.
Insert the battery into its compartment, ensuring the gold contacts align.
Replace the back cover.

2. Charging the Phone

The TOKVIA T102 can be charged using the included USB-C cable directly or via the convenient charging dock.

Using the Charging Dock: Connect the USB-C cable to the power adapter and then to the charging dock. Place the phone into the dock. The phone will begin charging automatically.
Direct USB-C Charging: Connect the USB-C cable directly to the phone's USB-C port and then to the power adapter. The USB-C port is reversible, so it does not matter which side is up.

A full charge provides approximately 6 hours of continuous talk time and over 250 hours of standby time.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Power On: Press and hold the red 'End Call' button until the screen lights up.
Power Off: Press and hold the red 'End Call' button until the power off options appear, then select 'Power Off'.

2. Making and Receiving Calls

Making a Call: Dial the number using the large keypad. The phone provides voice broadcast of numbers as you type. Press the green 'Call' button to initiate the call.
Receiving a Call: When the phone rings, press the green 'Call' button to answer.
Ending a Call: Press the red 'End Call' button.

3. SOS Emergency Button

The large orange SOS button on the back of the phone is a critical safety feature. You can set up to 5 emergency contact numbers.

Setup: Navigate to the SOS settings in the phone's menu to add your emergency contacts.
Activation: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds. The phone will automatically dial the emergency numbers in sequence and send a pre-set text message to them.

4. Speed Dial and Photo Contacts

The phone offers multiple ways to quickly dial frequently used numbers.

M1 and M2 Keys: Dedicated M1 and M2 buttons can be programmed for direct dialing of two important contacts.
Photo Contacts: Assign photos to your contacts for easy visual identification and dialing. (Requires a micro-SD card, not included).
Digits 2-9 Speed Dial: Program numbers to be dialed by pressing and holding a number key (2-9).

5. Volume Adjustment and Keypad Lock

Volume: Use the dedicated volume keys on the left side of the phone to increase or decrease call and ringtone volume. The phone features a loud ringtone and clear audio.
Keypad Lock: Slide the lock button on the right side of the phone up or down to lock/unlock the keypad, preventing accidental presses.

6. Flashlight

To activate the built-in flashlight, simply press and hold the '0' button on the keypad.
