Setup & Installation
The Moen EB1000 bidet seat features a retrofittable design, allowing it to replace your existing toilet seat. It is designed to fit most elongated toilets in the United States.
Pre-Installation Checklist:
- Ensure a standard grounded electrical outlet (120V AC, min 10A) is available within 47 inches of the toilet.
- Confirm you have all included components as listed in the "Package Contents" section.
- Gather recommended tools: Wrench, Phillips Screwdriver, Tape Measure, Rubber Mallet.
Installation Steps:
- Remove Existing Toilet Seat: Carefully remove your current toilet seat and lid.
- Install Mounting Hardware: Follow the instructions in the included Installation Guide to secure the catch plate and mounting hardware to your toilet bowl.
- Connect Water Supply: Turn off the water supply to your toilet. Disconnect the existing water supply line from the toilet tank. Install the provided T-Valve to the toilet fill valve. Connect the bidet seat's water inlet hose to the T-Valve and the bidet seat.
- Attach Bidet Seat: Slide the bidet seat onto the installed catch plate until it clicks into place.
- Connect Electrical Power: Plug the bidet seat's power cord into the grounded electrical outlet.
- Restore Water Supply: Slowly turn on the water supply to the toilet and check for leaks.

Operating Instructions
The Moen EB1000 features a convenient dial control for easy operation. The 3-Series models offer a heated seat and adjustable water temperature and pressure.
Basic Operation:
- Power On: Ensure the bidet seat is plugged in and the power indicator light is on.
- Select Wash Mode: Use the dial or buttons on the side control panel to select either front or rear wash.
- Adjust Water Temperature: Rotate the dial or press the temperature buttons to set your desired water temperature. The EB1000 provides endless instantaneous heated water.
- Adjust Water Pressure: Use the pressure controls to increase or decrease the water spray intensity.
- Heated Seat: The seat features adjustable heating for comfort. Adjust the seat temperature using the dedicated controls.
- Nightlight: The integrated nightlight provides illumination for nighttime use.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Bidet Seat:
- Always unplug the bidet seat from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
- Use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to wipe down the exterior surfaces of the bidet seat.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or spray cleaners directly on the unit, as these can damage the finish or internal components.
Nozzle Cleaning:
