Setup & Installation

The Moen EB1000 bidet seat features a retrofittable design, allowing it to replace your existing toilet seat. It is designed to fit most elongated toilets in the United States.

Installation Steps:

  1. Remove Existing Toilet Seat: Carefully remove your current toilet seat and lid.
  2. Install Mounting Hardware: Follow the instructions in the included Installation Guide to secure the catch plate and mounting hardware to your toilet bowl.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Turn off the water supply to your toilet. Disconnect the existing water supply line from the toilet tank. Install the provided T-Valve to the toilet fill valve. Connect the bidet seat's water inlet hose to the T-Valve and the bidet seat.
  4. Attach Bidet Seat: Slide the bidet seat onto the installed catch plate until it clicks into place.
  5. Connect Electrical Power: Plug the bidet seat's power cord into the grounded electrical outlet.
  6. Restore Water Supply: Slowly turn on the water supply to the toilet and check for leaks.

Operating Instructions

The Moen EB1000 features a convenient dial control for easy operation. The 3-Series models offer a heated seat and adjustable water temperature and pressure.

Basic Operation:

  1. Power On: Ensure the bidet seat is plugged in and the power indicator light is on.
  2. Select Wash Mode: Use the dial or buttons on the side control panel to select either front or rear wash.
  3. Adjust Water Temperature: Rotate the dial or press the temperature buttons to set your desired water temperature. The EB1000 provides endless instantaneous heated water.
  4. Adjust Water Pressure: Use the pressure controls to increase or decrease the water spray intensity.
  5. Heated Seat: The seat features adjustable heating for comfort. Adjust the seat temperature using the dedicated controls.
  6. Nightlight: The integrated nightlight provides illumination for nighttime use.
  7. Stop Function: Press the 'Stop' button to cease the wash cycle.

Maintenance

Nozzle Cleaning:

Long-Term Storage:

Troubleshooting
