1. Introduction and Overview

Thank you for choosing the JVC HA-Z330T-P True Wireless Earbuds. These compact and lightweight earbuds feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, IPX4 water resistance, and a low latency mode for an enhanced audio experience. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your earbuds.

2. Setup

2.1 What's in the Box

2.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
  2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours for the case.

Place the earbuds into the charging case to begin charging. The case itself can be charged via a USB-C cable.

2.3 Pairing with a Device

  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "JVC HA-Z330T-P" from the list of found devices.
  4. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing.

2.4 Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the ear tips that best fit your ears. Insert the earbuds into your ear canals and gently rotate them until they feel secure and comfortable.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
  • Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

3.2 Touch Controls

The HA-Z330T-P earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Specific functions may vary slightly depending on your device and application.

3.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The earbuds feature Active Noise Cancellation to reduce ambient noise. To toggle ANC or Ambient Sound Mode, press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for 2 seconds. Cycle through ANC On, Ambient Sound, and ANC Off modes.

3.4 Low Latency Mode

For gaming and video playback, activate Low Latency Mode to minimize audio delay and ensure better synchronization between audio and video. Refer to your device's settings or the earbud's specific touch control sequence (if available) to enable this mode.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and hygiene:

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

4.2 Water Resistance (IPX4)

The earbuds are rated IPX4, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or exposed to strong jets of water.
