The H5 headset offers two charging methods:

2. Direct USB-C Charging: Connect the provided Type-C charging cable directly to the headset's charging port.

A 6-minute fast charge provides up to 2 hours of talk time. A full charge ensures up to 25 hours of talk time or 45 hours of music playback.

4.2 Connecting via USB Dongle

For seamless connection to your PC or Mac without Bluetooth functionality, use the included USB dongle:

1. Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
2. Power on the H5 headset. It will automatically pair with the dongle. The indicator light on the headset will confirm connection.

4.3 Connecting via Bluetooth

To connect the H5 headset to a Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet):

1. Ensure the headset is powered off. Press and hold the Multi-Function Button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
2. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "EKSA-H5" from the list. Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will turn solid blue.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wearing the Headset

The H5 headset is designed for comfort and flexibility:

• The ultralight mono design (75g / 2.64oz) ensures comfort for all-day use.
• The 270-degree rotatable microphone arm allows you to wear the earcup on either your left or right ear. Adjust the microphone to position it close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup.
• CloudSoft Ear Cushions are soft, breathable, and designed to prevent soreness or fatigue.

5.2 AI-Powered Environmental Noise Cancelling (ENC) Microphone

• The microphone captures both environmental noise and your voice.

5.3 Mute Function

To quickly mute your voice during calls, press the dedicated mute button located on the microphone boom.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to the charging stand or directly via USB-C cable.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing blue and red LED). Check your device's Bluetooth settings and ensure it's discoverable. If using the USB dongle, ensure it's properly plugged in and the headset is powered on.
• Poor Audio Quality: Ensure the headset is within the effective wireless range (10 meters). Check for obstructions between the headset and the connected device. Verify that the microphone is positioned correctly.
• Microphone Not Working: Check if the microphone is muted. Ensure the microphone arm is fully extended and positioned correctly.
