Setup and Installation
Installing your PHYSEN Wireless Doorbell is quick and easy. No special tools are required.
1. Powering the Receiver
Plug the doorbell receiver into any standard electrical outlet within your desired listening area. The receiver is designed to be compact and should not block other outlets.

2. Installing the Transmitter
The transmitter (push button) can be installed using either the included double-sided tape or screws.
Using Double-Sided Tape: Clean the mounting surface thoroughly. Peel off one side of the protective film from the double-sided tape and apply it firmly to the back of the transmitter. Peel off the other side and press the transmitter firmly onto your desired outdoor surface (e.g., door frame, wall) for at least 30 seconds.
Using Screws: Open the transmitter casing. Mark the desired drilling spots on your wall. Drill pilot holes, insert the anchors, and then secure the transmitter base with the provided screws. Snap the transmitter cover back into place.

3. Pairing the Doorbell
The doorbell units are pre-paired at the factory. If re-pairing is needed or you add new components, follow these steps:

Long press and hold the ⚙️ (Settings) button on the receiver until the LED indicators flash and the doorbell receiver beeps once, indicating it has entered pairing state.
Within 5 seconds, short press the transmitter button. The receiver will chime, and its LED indicators will turn off, confirming successful pairing.
Operation
1. Selecting Ringtones
Your doorbell offers 32 different ringtones to choose from. To change the ringtone:

Press the 🎵 (Tones) button on the receiver to cycle through the available melodies.
Once you find a melody you like, it will be saved automatically.

2. Adjusting Volume
The receiver has 5 adjustable volume levels, ranging from 0 dB (mute) to 130 dB.
Press the 🔊 (Volume) button on the receiver to adjust the volume level.
Continue pressing until you reach your desired volume. The lowest setting is mute mode.

Maintenance
1. Waterproof Design
The doorbell transmitter is rated IP55 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets. This allows it to withstand various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures (-4°F to 140°F).

2. Battery Replacement
The transmitter is battery-operated. When the battery is low, the transmitter's LED indicator may not light up or the signal range may decrease. To replace the battery:
Carefully open the transmitter casing.
Replace the old battery with a new Alkaline battery of the same type (as specified in the product specifications).
Close the casing securely.
Troubleshooting
1. Doorbell Not Ringing
Ensure the receiver is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
Check if the receiver is in mute mode (0 dB volume level). Adjust the volume if necessary.
Verify that the transmitter battery is not depleted. Replace if needed.
Re-pair the transmitter and receiver following the pairing instructions in the Setup section.
2. Resetting the Doorbell Receiver
If you experience persistent issues or wish to clear all previous pairings, you can reset the receiver:

Unplug the receiver from the power outlet.
Press and hold the ⚙️ (Settings) button on the receiver.
While still holding the button, plug the receiver back into the power outlet. Continue holding the button until the receiver beeps 10 times.
Release the button. The receiver is now reset, and you will need to re-pair any transmitters.
