Setup and Operation

1. Connect the Controller: Ensure the controller is securely connected to the heating pad.
2. Plug In: Plug the heating pad directly into a 120V AC electrical wall outlet. Do not use with extension cords or power strips.
3. Select Heat Setting: Use the easy-to-use push-button controller to select one of the 4 available heat settings (Warm, Low, Medium, High). LED lights indicate the selected setting, providing visibility in the dark. The pad heats up in seconds.
4. Apply to Area: Place the flexible, plush pad on the desired area for pain relief. The 12 x 15-inch size fits most muscle groups.
5. Automatic Shut-off: The heating pad features a 2-hour auto-shutoff for safety.

Moist Heat Therapy

Care and Maintenance

Storage
