  4. Repeat for any additional transmitters.

Maintenance

1. Battery Replacement (Transmitter)

The wireless doorbell transmitters are powered by an A23 battery. When the battery is low, the transmitter's LED indicator may not light up or the signal range may decrease. To replace the battery:

  1. Carefully open the back cover of the transmitter.
  2. Remove the old A23 battery.
  3. Insert a new A23 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Close the back cover securely.

2. Weather Resistance

The push buttons are designed to be waterproof and weatherproof, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 140°F. This ensures reliable performance in various outdoor conditions.

Troubleshooting

1. Receiver Not Responding

  • Ensure the receiver is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
  • Check the transmitter battery. Replace if necessary.
  • Re-pair the transmitter with the receiver following the "Pairing Transmitters with Receivers" steps.

2. Resetting the Receiver

If you experience unexpected behavior or wish to clear all pairings, you can reset the receiver to its default settings:

  1. Unplug the receiver from the power outlet.
  2. Press and hold the 'Down' button on the receiver.
  3. While holding the 'Down' button, plug the receiver back into the power outlet.
  4. Continue holding the 'Down' button for 5 seconds. The receiver will beep once and flash its LED once, indicating a successful reset. All previous pairings will be cleared.

3. Limited Range

  • Ensure there are no large metal objects or thick walls directly between the transmitter and receiver that could interfere with the signal.
