Setup
- Attaching Whisks/Kneading Hooks: Ensure the appliance is unplugged. Insert the desired whisks or kneading hooks into the openings on the front of the mixer until they click into place. The whisks/hooks are designed to fit only one way.
- Attaching Immersion Blender Foot: For models including the immersion blender foot, align the foot with the opening on the bottom of the mixer and twist to secure it. Ensure it is firmly locked before use.
- Power Connection: Plug the coiled cable into a suitable power outlet (240V).
Operating Instructions
The Bosch Styline MFQ49700 features 5 speed settings and a turbo function for optimal control.
- Selecting Speed: Use the slider switch on the top of the mixer to select one of the 5 speed settings (1-5). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed for your recipe.
- Turbo Function: For a short burst of maximum power, press and hold the "M" (Momentary/Turbo) button. Release the button to stop the turbo function.
- Ejecting Attachments: After use, ensure the mixer is switched off and unplugged. Press the eject button (located near the speed selector) to release the whisks, kneading hooks, or immersion blender foot.
