Method 1: SmartStart (Recommended)
- Ensure your Z-Wave hub supports SmartStart.
- Open your Z-Wave hub's mobile application and select the option to add a new device or scan a QR code.
- Scan the QR code located on the Minoston MP31ZD device or its packaging.

Method 2: Manual Inclusion
- Plug the Minoston MP31ZD into a wall outlet.
