7. Maintenance
Daily Cleaning:

- Brew Head & Adapters: After brewing, carefully remove the used capsule/filter and rinse the adapter/filter basket under running water. Wipe the brew head area with a damp cloth.
Water Tank:
The water tank can be easily removed for refilling and cleaning. Wash it periodically with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
Descaling:
Over time, mineral deposits can build up in your coffee maker, affecting performance. Descale your machine every 3-6 months, or more frequently if you have hard water. Follow these general steps:
- Empty the water tank and fill it with a descaling solution (e.g., white vinegar and water, or a commercial descaling agent) according to the solution's instructions.
- Place a large container under the dispenser.
- Run several large cup brew cycles until the water tank is empty.
- Rinse the water tank and fill it with fresh water.
- Run several large cup brew cycles with fresh water to rinse out any remaining descaling solution.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. |
| No water dispenses. | Water tank is empty; airlock in the system. | Fill the water tank. Run a rinse cycle without a capsule/filter to prime the pump. |
| Coffee is weak or watery. | Insufficient coffee grounds/incorrect capsule; machine needs descaling. | Use more coffee grounds or a stronger capsule. Perform a descaling cycle. |
| Leaking from the machine. | Capsule/filter not properly seated; water tank not secure. | Ensure the capsule/filter is correctly inserted and the brew head is fully closed. Check that the water tank is securely in place. |
