3. Setup
3.1 Package Contents
Before beginning, ensure all components are present:
- MSI Pro MP241X Monitor
- Monitor Stand (Base and Neck)
- Power Adapter
- HDMI Cable
- VGA Cable

3.2 Assembling the Stand
- Carefully place the monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach the stand neck to the back of the monitor, aligning the mounting points. Secure with screws if provided.
- Attach the stand base to the bottom of the stand neck. Tighten the thumb screw or screws to secure the base.
- Gently lift the monitor and place it on a stable, flat surface.
3.3 Connecting the Monitor
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the monitor and then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- Video Connection:
- For optimal performance, connect the included HDMI cable from your computer's HDMI output to the HDMI port on the monitor.
- Alternatively, connect the VGA cable from your computer's VGA output to the VGA port on the monitor.
- Audio (if applicable): If your computer has an audio output and you wish to use the monitor's built-in speakers (if present), connect an audio cable (not always included) from your computer's audio out to the monitor's audio in port.
3.4 VESA Mounting (Optional)
The MSI Pro MP241X monitor is VESA mountable (100x100mm), allowing you to attach it to a compatible wall mount or monitor arm (sold separately).
- Remove the stand from the monitor by unscrewing the attachment screws.
- Attach your VESA-compatible mount to the four screw holes on the back of the monitor. Follow the instructions provided with your VESA mount.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
