Setup

1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the mill using the included USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the charging port on the mill and to a compatible USB power source. The charging indicator (if present, otherwise assume standard charging time) will show when charging is complete.

2. Filling the Mill

1. Hold the top section of the mill firmly.
2. Twist the base of the mill counter-clockwise to the unlock position.
3. Gently separate the base from the main body.
4. Load your desired spices (salt, pepper, or other suitable spices) into the transparent chamber. Do not overfill.
5. Align the base with the main body and twist clockwise to the lock position until secure.

The 360° transparent window allows you to monitor the spice level and determine when a refill is needed.

Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Grind Size

The mill features a spin dial at the bottom to adjust the grind size from fine to coarse. Rotate the dial clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. Experiment to find your preferred consistency.

2. Grinding Spices

To operate the mill, simply press and hold the button located on the top of the unit. The mill will begin grinding automatically, and an integrated light will illuminate the area below, ensuring precise seasoning.

Maintenance & Care

Cleaning

To clean the mill, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water or place it in a dishwasher, as it is not dishwasher safe. For the grinding mechanism, use a small brush to remove any residual spice particles.

Important: The ZWILLING Enfinigy Electric Salt/Pepper Mill is not dishwasher safe.

Charging

Recharge the mill when the grinding performance decreases or the indicator light suggests low battery. Use only the provided USB cable for charging. Avoid using damaged cables or power sources.
