1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing and Assembly

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Assemble the main vacuum body, extension wand, and floor nozzle by aligning the connections and pressing firmly until they click into place. Ensure all parts are securely attached before use.

1.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the lithium-ion battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum or separately. Connect the charger to the charging port, typically located on the handheld unit. The charging indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 40 minutes of runtime in Standard mode.

2. Operating the Vacuum

2.1 Power Settings

The vacuum features multiple power settings to optimize cleaning for different surfaces:

• Bare Floor Mode: Ideal for hard surfaces like wood, tile, and laminate.
• Carpet Mode: Provides enhanced suction and brushroll action for carpets and rugs.
• Boost Mode: For extra powerful suction on stubborn messes, activate the turbo button.

2.2 MultiFLEX Wand

The MultiFLEX wand allows the vacuum to bend, making it easy to clean under furniture without bending over. It also folds for compact, self-standing storage, saving space when not in use.

2.3 Handheld Mode and Attachments

Detach the main wand to use the vacuum in handheld mode for versatile cleaning. The vacuum comes with various attachments for specialized tasks:

• Crevice Tool: For reaching tight spaces, corners, and edges.
• Upholstery Tool: Ideal for cleaning pet hair and debris from furniture, car interiors, and stairs.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX fill line. To empty, detach the handheld unit, position it over a trash bin, and press the dust cup release button. Close the dust cup securely after emptying.

3.2 Cleaning Filters

Regularly clean the foam filters to maintain optimal suction. Remove the filters from the dust cup, tap off loose dirt, and rinse them with water. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not operate the vacuum without dry filters.

3.3 Cleaning the Brushroll

The self-cleaning brushroll is designed to prevent hair wrap. Periodically check the brushroll for any remaining debris or tangled hair. If necessary, use scissors to carefully cut away any stubborn hair or fibers. Ensure the brushroll spins freely.

4. Troubleshooting

• No Power/Low Suction: Check battery charge. Ensure dust cup is empty and filters are clean and dry. Check for blockages in the nozzle, wand, or hose.
• Brushroll Not Spinning: Ensure the vacuum is in Carpet Mode. Check for obstructions in the brushroll area and clear any tangled hair or debris.
• Vacuum Shuts Off: The vacuum may have overheated. Turn off the unit, clear any blockages, and allow it to cool for at least 60 minutes before restarting.
