Its sleek, space-saving design fits conveniently in your fridge, and dishwasher-safe components ensure easy maintenance. A filter change light indicator helps you know when it's time for a replacement.
2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: pitcher, filter reservoir, lid, and PUR PLUS filter.
2.2 Filter Preparation
- Soak the PUR PLUS filter in cold water for 15 minutes before first use. This primes the filter.
- Rinse the filter under cold tap water for 10 seconds.
2.3 Assembling the Pitcher
- Insert the prepared filter into the filter reservoir. Twist to lock it securely in place.
- Place the filter reservoir into the pitcher.
- Position the lid onto the pitcher, ensuring it fits snugly.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Filling the Pitcher
Lift the easy-fill lid on top of the pitcher. Place the pitcher under a cold water tap and fill the reservoir. The water will filter through to the main pitcher compartment. Avoid using hot water as it can damage the filter.
3.2 Pouring Filtered Water
Once the water has filtered completely into the main pitcher, it is ready to pour. The stay-tight cover ensures hassle-free pouring without spills.
3.3 Filter Change Indicator
The lid features a filter change light indicator. This light will alert you when it's time to replace the filter:
- Green Light: Filter is working optimally.
- Yellow Light: Change filter soon.
- Red Light: End of filter life, replace filter now.

4. Care and Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Pitcher
The PUR PLUS 11-Cup Water Pitcher features dishwasher-safe components for hassle-free cleaning. Separate the pitcher body, filter reservoir, and lid before placing them in the dishwasher. Hand wash the filter if necessary, but do not put it in the dishwasher.

4.2 Replacing the Filter
Each PUR PLUS filter is certified to last for up to 40 gallons or approximately 2 months of regular use. Replace the filter when the indicator light turns red or when you notice a decrease in water quality.
- Remove the old filter from the reservoir by twisting and pulling it out.
- Prepare the new PUR PLUS filter as described in Section 2.2.
- Insert the new filter into the reservoir and twist to lock.
- Press and hold the filter change light button on the lid for 5 seconds to reset the indicator to green.
