This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your VENTION Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver system. This device allows for wireless transmission of HDMI signals, offering flexibility and convenience for various display setups. 3. Product Overview

The VENTION Wireless HDMI system features an upgraded LED display for real-time status monitoring and a compact design for portability. It supports long-range transmission and multi-display expansion.

LED Status Display

The LED display on both the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) provides immediate feedback on the device's status, including connection, signal strength, output, and power.

4. Setup Instructions

The VENTION Wireless HDMI system is designed for plug-and-play operation. Follow these steps for a quick setup:

  1. Power the Devices: Connect the USB-C power cord to both the Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) units. Plug the other end into a 5V/2A power adapter or a USB port. Ensure the power indicator lights up.
  2. Connect the Receiver (RX): Plug the Receiver (RX) into the HDMI input of your monitor or TV. Use the attached HDMI cable or extension cable if needed.
  3. Connect the Transmitter (TX): Plug the Transmitter (TX) into the HDMI output of your source device (e.g., laptop, tablet, smartphone). Use the appropriate HDMI adapter (Mini HDMI, Micro HDMI, or USB-C to HDMI) if necessary.
  4. Automatic Pairing: Wait approximately 5 seconds. The connection is complete when the indicator light on both units turns on, indicating a successful pairing.

5. Operating Modes

The VENTION Wireless HDMI system supports both Mirror and Extend display modes, allowing you to customize your viewing experience.

  • Mirror Mode: Duplicates your source device's screen onto the connected display.
  • Extend Mode: Extends your source device's desktop, allowing for a multi-tasking environment across multiple screens.

6. Multi-Receiver Expansion

A single VENTION HDMI Transmitter can connect to multiple receivers, allowing for multi-display expansion. This system supports up to four receivers simultaneously for seamless video and audio synchronization across various screens.

The transmission distance varies depending on the number of receivers:

  • 1 TX to 1 RX: Up to 200m / 656ft
  • 1 TX to 2 RX: Up to 120m / 394ft
  • 1 TX to 3 RX: Up to 80m / 263ft
  • 1 TX to 4 RX: Up to 80m / 263ft

7. Transmission Range

The VENTION Wireless HDMI system offers robust long-range transmission. The effective range can vary based on environmental factors:

  • Outdoor Open Area: 150-200m
  • Indoor No Walls: 80-100m
  • One Wall Barrier: 10-30m

Note: Transmission distance and speed may be affected by crossing through solid walls or other obstructions.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VENTION Wireless HDMI system, refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Signal/Connection: Ensure both the TX and RX units are properly powered with a 5V/2A adapter. Check all HDMI connections.
  • Unstable Connection: Ensure the devices are within the recommended transmission range and there are no significant obstructions (e.g., thick walls).
  • Re-pairing Steps: If the connection does not complete automatically, you may need to manually re-pair the units.

Manual Re-pairing Procedure:

  1. Hold the receiver's (RX) function key for more than 5 seconds. Wait for the interface to prompt "Pairing Timeout" and ensure the transmitter enters pairing mode.
  2. Hold the transmitter's (TX) function key for more than 5 seconds. This will confirm device connection.
