4. Installation

The Karinear cooktop is designed for built-in installation. It requires a 220-240V hard-wired connection and does not come with an outlet plug. Professional installation is highly recommended.

5. Operation

5.1 Turning On/Off and Adjusting Power

  1. To turn on a burner, rotate the corresponding knob clockwise from the "0" position.
  2. Select your desired power level from 1 (low) to 9 (high) by continuing to rotate the knob. The digital display will show the selected level.
  3. To turn off a burner, rotate the knob counter-clockwise back to the "0" position.

5.2 Residual Heat Warning ("H")

After turning off a burner, the digital display may show an "H" (for Hot). This indicates that the cooking zone is still hot and caution should be exercised. The "H" will disappear once the surface has cooled down to a safe temperature.
