1. Introduction

2. Safety Precautions

- Six Kneading Balls: Features six massage balls (three upper, three lower) that operate simultaneously to firmly grasp and relieve muscle stiffness.

4. Setup
The THRIVE MD-450 is designed for easy setup:
- Unpack the massager and all its components from the box.
- Ensure the power cord is free from kinks or damage.
- Plug the power cord into a standard AC100V 50/60Hz electrical outlet.
- The device is now ready for use.
5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate your THRIVE MD-450 Kneading Massager:
5.1 Control Panel
The control panel is located on one of the arm straps for easy access during use.

- Power Button (⑂): Press to turn the massager ON or OFF.
- Mode Button (▲): Cycles through the two automatic modes (Automatic I and Automatic II).
- Speed Buttons (»): Adjusts the speed in continuous mode between Fast (» Fast) and Slow (» Slow).
5.2 Usage for Different Body Parts
The massager can be used on various parts of the body. Adjust the position and hold the grips as shown:

- Neck/Shoulders: Place the massager around your neck and shoulders, holding the arm straps to adjust pressure and position.
- Waist: Position the massager on your lower back or waist area, using the arm straps to secure it.
- Thighs: Place the massager on your thighs. You can hold the main unit or the straps to keep it in place.
The massager will automatically turn off after approximately 10 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overuse.
6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your massager:
- Cleaning: Always unplug the massager before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the massager.
- Cord Care: Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the unit. Avoid twisting or bending the cord excessively.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your massager, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
