This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the Konnek Stein 1080P Security Camera (Model: QC21SE). Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Konnek Stein security camera and connect it to your Wi-Fi network using the Smart Life app. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
- Download the App: Scan the QR code or visit http://smartapp.tuya.com/smartlife to download the Smart Life app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Register/Login: Open the app and register a new account or log in with an existing one.
- Add Device: Tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon. Select "Security & Video Surveillance" and then "Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)".
- Power On & Reset: Plug in the camera. If the indicator light is not blinking rapidly, press and hold the reset button until it blinks rapidly. Confirm this in the app.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Scan QR Code: The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone's screen approximately 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) in front of the camera lens until you hear a prompt.
- Device Found: Once the camera successfully scans the QR code, it will connect. The app will confirm the device has been added.
For optimal performance, ensure the camera is placed within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal.

- 360° View & Pan/Tilt: The camera offers a 0 to 355° horizontal and 0 to 80° vertical rotation range, providing complete 360° coverage. You can remotely control the camera's movement via the app to view any corner of your home.
