Setup

1. Battery Installation

The keyboard and mouse require AAA batteries for operation. Please follow these steps:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of both the keyboard and the mouse.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert one AAA battery into the keyboard, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Insert one AAA battery into the mouse, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
5. Close the battery compartment covers securely.

2. USB Receiver Connection

The keyboard and mouse share a single USB receiver for wireless connectivity.

1. Locate the USB receiver, which is typically stored in a slot on the underside of the wireless mouse.
2. Carefully remove the USB receiver from its storage slot.
3. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your laptop or desktop computer.
4. The system will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. No additional software installation is required.

Operating Instructions

1. 2.4G Wireless Connection

The keyboard and mouse utilize 2.4G wireless technology, providing a stable connection up to 10 meters (33 feet) from the USB receiver. This eliminates cable clutter and offers flexibility in your workspace.

2. Keyboard Features

• Full-size Layout: The keyboard features a 104-key layout, including a numeric keypad for comprehensive functionality.
• Retro Round Keycaps: The design is inspired by vintage typewriters, offering a unique aesthetic and a comfortable typing experience due to the optimized finger-keycap contact area.
• Convenient Hot Keys: 13 easily accessible function keys provide shortcuts for various tasks. For example, press FN + F1 to control music play/pause. Note: Some hotkeys may not be available on Mac operating systems.

3. Mouse Features

• Optical Tracking: The mouse uses optical tracking for precise cursor control.
• DPI: The mouse operates at 1600 DPI for smooth and accurate movement.

4. Smart Power Saving

To conserve battery life, both the keyboard and mouse are equipped with a smart power-saving mode. After a few minutes of inactivity, they will automatically enter sleep mode. To wake them up, simply click any key on the keyboard or any button on the mouse. A low battery indicator in the upper right corner of the keyboard will illuminate when the battery level is low, signaling that battery replacement is needed.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• To clean the keyboard and mouse, use a soft, dry cloth.
• For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid excessive moisture.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the surface.

2. Battery Replacement

When the low battery indicator on the keyboard lights up, or if the devices become unresponsive, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the 'Setup' section to replace the AAA batteries in both the keyboard and mouse.

Troubleshooting

• No Response from Keyboard/Mouse:

  • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver to rule out range issues.

  • Restart your computer.
• Intermittent Connection:
  • Ensure there are no large metal objects or other electronic devices causing interference between the keyboard/mouse and the receiver.
  • Replace batteries if they are low.
• Mouse Cursor Jumps or is Inaccurate:
  • Ensure the mouse is used on a clean, non-reflective surface.
  • Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
