Setup

1. Assembly

  1. Attach the Handle: Insert the handle into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.

  3. Place on Charging Station: Position the assembled unit onto the charging station.

2. Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Redkey W12. Connect the charging station to a power outlet. The battery indicator on the smart LED screen will show the charging status. A full charge provides approximately 40-45 minutes of continuous operation.

3. Filling the Clean Water Tank

Press the release button to remove the clean water tank. Fill it with clean tap water. For enhanced cleaning, you may add a small amount of Redkey-approved cleaning solution. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Reinsert the tank until it clicks.

Operating Instructions

The Redkey W12 is designed for efficient cleaning of various hard floor surfaces, including tile, laminate, marble, and hardwood.

1. Powering On/Off

  • Press the Power Button on the handle to turn the unit on or off.

2. Cleaning Modes (3-in-1 Function)

The Redkey W12 vacuums, mops, and dries simultaneously. Simply push the unit forward to clean. The smart LED screen and voice assistant will provide real-time feedback.

3. Water Spray Function

  • Press the Water Spray Button on the handle to dispense additional water onto the floor for stubborn stains.

4. Dual Tank Technology

The Redkey W12 features separate clean and dirty water tanks to ensure that you always clean with fresh water, preventing the spread of dirt.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Redkey W12.

1. Self-Cleaning Function

After each use, place the unit on the charging station and press the Self-Clean Button. The machine will automatically clean the brush roller, removing dirt and debris.

2. Emptying & Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank

After each cleaning session, or when the dirty water tank indicator lights up, remove and empty the dirty water tank. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water. The solid and liquid waste are separated to prevent drain clogging.

3. Cleaning the Dust Cartridge
