  2. Washing: The vest is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water. For best results, place the vest in a laundry bag.
  3. Drying: Hang dry only. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach, or dry clean. Ensure the vest is completely dry before reconnecting the power bank or storing.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your KEMIMOTO Heated Vest, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Vest not heating:
    • Ensure the power bank is fully charged and correctly connected to the vest's USB cable.
    • Check if the power button LED on the vest is illuminated. If not, press and hold for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.
    • If the LED is blinking, briefly press the button to select a stable heating mode (Red, White, or Blue).
    • Try using a different USB port on the power bank if available, or a different compatible 5V 2A power source to rule out a faulty power bank.
  • Short battery life:
    • Battery duration varies significantly with the selected heat level. Higher settings (Red) consume power more quickly than lower settings (Blue).
    • Ensure the power bank is fully charged before each use.
    • If the battery is old or has not been charged for a long time, its capacity may decrease. Recharge the battery every three months if not in regular use.
  • LED light blinking but no heat:
    • This indicates the vest is in a pre-heat status. Briefly press the power button to select your desired stable heating mode (Red, White, or Blue).
