Troubleshooting
1. Leakage:
- Cause: Improperly seated O-ring, dirty O-ring/groove, damaged O-ring, or foreign object.
- Solution: Immediately surface. Disassemble, clean, inspect, and re-lubricate the O-ring. Ensure no debris is present. Perform a dry test before re-entering water.
2. Zoom Lever Malfunction:
- Cause: Misalignment of the camera within the housing, or internal mechanism issue.
- Solution: Ensure the camera is perfectly aligned and securely seated. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions or contact customer support.
3. Buttons Sticking:
- Cause: Salt crystal buildup or debris.
- Solution: Rinse thoroughly with fresh water, actuating the buttons repeatedly during rinsing. If persistent, a small amount of silicone grease can be applied to the button shafts.
