5. Setup
5.1 Installing the Transmitter (Doorbell Button)
The transmitter can be installed using either the provided adhesive pad or screws.
- Adhesive Pad Installation:
- Clean the desired mounting surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
- Peel off one side of the double-sided adhesive tape and attach it to the back of the transmitter.
- Peel off the other side of the tape and firmly press the transmitter onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds.
- Screw Installation:
- Open the back cover of the transmitter using a small screwdriver.
- Mark the positions for drilling holes on the wall using the back cover as a template.
- Drill two holes, insert the wall anchors, and then secure the back cover to the wall with screws.
- Snap the transmitter onto the secured back cover.

5.2 Installing the Receiver (Chime Unit)
Simply plug the receiver into a standard electrical outlet in your desired location. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible and not obstructed.
5.3 Pairing Transmitters and Receivers
The units are typically pre-paired from the factory. If re-pairing is needed or to add new transmitters/receivers:
- Plug the receiver into an electrical outlet.
- Press and hold the 'Volume' button on the receiver for 3-5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly. This indicates the receiver is in pairing mode.
- Immediately press the button on the transmitter you wish to pair. The receiver will chime, and its LED will flash slowly, indicating successful pairing.
- Repeat the process for any additional transmitters.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Changing Melodies
To select a melody:
- Press the 'Music Selection' button (musical note icon) on the receiver to cycle through the 58 available melodies.
- Once you hear your desired melody, stop pressing the button. The receiver will automatically save the selected melody.
6.2 Adjusting Volume
To adjust the volume level:
- Press the 'Volume' button on the receiver to cycle through the 5 volume levels (0dB to 115dB).
- The lowest setting (0dB) is a mute mode where only the LED indicator flashes.
6.3 LED Indicator
The receiver features an LED indicator that flashes when the doorbell rings, providing a visual alert, especially useful in mute mode or for individuals with hearing impairments.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Battery Replacement (Transmitter)
When the transmitter's LED indicator no longer lights up or the signal range decreases, it's time to replace the battery.
- Open the back cover of the transmitter using a small screwdriver.
- Remove the old battery.
- Insert a new 12V A23 alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the back cover securely.
