Setup
Unboxing and Initial Inspection
The FDW 2025 Shiatsu Massage Chair is packaged in three separate boxes to facilitate transport and reduce the risk of damage. Carefully remove all components from their packaging. Inspect all parts for any signs of damage. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.
Locate the user manual and hardware kit within the packaging. Keep all packaging materials until the chair is fully assembled and operational, in case return or exchange is necessary.

Assembly
Assembly is required. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the separate assembly guide included with your product. Ensure all connections are secure before use.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel and USB Charging
The chair features an integrated control panel on the side for easy access to all functions. A USB charging port is conveniently located on the left side of the control panel, allowing you to charge electronic devices during your massage session.

Zero Gravity Mode
Activate the zero-gravity mode for a deeply reclined position that elevates your legs above your heart, distributing body weight evenly and reducing pressure on the spine. This mode is designed to enhance relaxation and the effectiveness of the massage.

Massage Functions
The chair offers a variety of massage functions to target different areas of the body:
- Back Massage: Three power levels for back massage, with controlled heating for added comfort.
- Airbag Massage: Adjustable airbag function for full body compression massage, including shoulders, arms, waist, legs, and feet.
- Fixed Point Module Massage: Eight fixed point modules provide targeted massage to specific areas.
- Automatic Programs: Three different automatic massage methods are pre-programmed for convenience.
- Stretching Programs: Special stretching programs are included for full body stretching.
- Foot Rollers: Dual foot rollers provide a comprehensive foot massage. You can adjust power speed and airbag pressure to customize your experience.

Movement and Positioning
The chair is designed with two rollers on the bottom for easy movement. To move the chair, gently tilt it back and roll it to the desired location. To fix the chair in place, tighten the knob on the right side of the left lower wheel.
Maintenance
Product Care Instructions
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your massage chair, spot clean as needed. Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the chair is unplugged before cleaning.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your massage chair, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Chair not powering on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the chair and a working electrical outlet. Check the circuit breaker.
- Massage functions not working: Verify that the chair is powered on and that a massage program has been selected from the control panel.
- Unusual noises: Turn off the chair immediately and unplug it. Inspect for any loose parts or obstructions. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
- Remote control not responding: Check the batteries in the remote control (if applicable). Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the chair's receiver.
