4. Assembly Instructions

The VINGLI storage box is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps for a successful setup.

Step 1: Unfold the Main Body

Place the main collapsible body on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull the sides outwards to unfold the pre-installed cabinet structure until it forms a rectangular box shape. Ensure all panels click securely into place.

Step 2: Attach the Lid

Align the lid with the top edges of the unfolded box. Press down firmly along the edges until the lid snaps securely into place. Ensure all connection points are fully engaged. Some force may be required to ensure a tight fit, especially for the plastic bolts/hinges.

Step 3: Secure Lid Support Ropes

Locate the pre-attached plastic ropes or straps on the inside of the lid and the corresponding attachment points on the inside of the box. Connect these ropes to their respective points. These ropes prevent the lid from opening too far and provide hands-free access.

Your VINGLI storage box is now assembled and ready for use. For disassembly, reverse these steps, ensuring to gently detach components to avoid damage.

5. Operating Instructions

Opening and Closing the Lid

To open, simply lift the lid from the front. The integrated plastic ropes will hold the lid open at an optimal angle, allowing easy access to the contents without needing to hold the lid manually. To close, gently push the lid down until it sits flush with the box edges.

Moving the Storage Box

The storage box is equipped with two built-in handles on the short sides and two wheels on one end of the base. To move the box, lift the end with the handles and tilt the box onto its wheels. You can then easily roll the box to your desired location. Avoid dragging the box without using the wheels, especially on rough surfaces, to prevent damage.

Collapsing for Storage

When not in use or for seasonal storage, the box can be fully collapsed. First, detach the lid by gently prying it off the main body. Then, carefully fold the side panels inwards until the box lies flat. Store the lid and folded body in a dry, protected area.
