Setup

Unpacking and Initial Preparation:

1. Carefully remove the toaster oven and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective film from the unit and accessories.
3. Wash the crumb tray, bake pan, broil rack, and air fry basket in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Wipe the exterior of the toaster oven with a damp cloth.

Placement:

• Place the toaster oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space on all sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place directly under cabinets.
• Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

First Use (Burn-Off):

Before first use, it is recommended to run the oven empty to eliminate any manufacturing odors. This process is often referred to as "burn-off".

1. Set the function knob to BAKE.
2. Set the temperature knob to 450°F (232°C).
3. Set the timer knob to 15 minutes.
4. Allow the oven to run for the set time. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal.
5. Once complete, allow the oven to cool completely before wiping the interior with a damp cloth.

Control Panel Overview:

• Temperature Knob: Adjusts cooking temperature from 150°F to 450°F.
• Function Knob: Selects desired cooking mode: BAKE, BROIL, TOAST, or AIR FRY.
• Toast Timer Knob: Sets cooking time up to 30 minutes or selects "Stay On" for continuous operation.

Cooking Functions:

1. Toast Function:

Ideal for bread, bagels, and frozen waffles.

1. Place items directly on the wire rack. For best results, use the upper rack position.
2. Set the Function knob to TOAST.
3. Turn the Toast Timer knob past 10 minutes, then back to your desired toast shade (light to dark). The oven will automatically shut off when done.

2. Air Fry Function:

For crispy results with little to no oil, perfect for fries, chicken wings, and vegetables. Use the air fry basket with the bake pan underneath to catch drips.

1. Place food in the air fry basket and position it on the wire rack. Place the bake pan on the rack below the air fry basket.
2. Set the Function knob to AIR FRY.
3. Set the Temperature knob to the recommended temperature (typically 400°F - 450°F for air frying).
4. Set the Toast Timer knob to your desired cooking time.
5. For best results, shake or flip food halfway through cooking.

3. Bake Function:

For baking cookies, pizzas, casseroles, and more.

1. Place food in the bake pan or an oven-safe dish on the wire rack.
2. Set the Function knob to BAKE.
3. Set the Temperature knob to the desired baking temperature.
4. Set the Toast Timer knob to your desired cooking time. Use "Stay On" for longer baking times and monitor food closely.

4. Broil Function:

For browning, melting, or cooking thin cuts of meat.

1. Place food on the broil rack within the bake pan to catch drips. Position on the upper rack for closer proximity to heating elements.
2. Set the Function knob to BROIL.
3. Set the Temperature knob to 450°F (232°C).
4. Set the Toast Timer knob to your desired cooking time. Broiling is typically a quick process, so monitor food constantly to prevent burning.

General Cleaning:

• Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Crumb Tray: The slide-out crumb tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly. Pull it out from the bottom front of the oven, discard crumbs, and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Bake Pan, Broil Rack, Air Fry Basket: These accessories are dishwasher-safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that may damage the finish.
• Interior: Wipe the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for oven interiors can be used. Ensure all cleaner residue is wiped away.
