3. Setup and Installation

This section provides instructions for safely installing your LED Panel Light. Ensure you have read the safety instructions before proceeding.

3.1 Package Contents:

• 1x B.K.Licht LED Panel Light
• 1x Remote Control
• 4x Anchors
• 4x Screws
• Insulation Sleeves

3.2 Tools Required (Not Included):

• Drill
• Screwdriver
• Pencil
• Measuring Tape

3.3 Installation Steps:

1. Disconnect Power: Before starting, turn off the main power supply at your circuit breaker to prevent electrical shock.
2. Mark Drilling Points: Position the mounting bracket on the ceiling where you intend to install the light. Use a pencil to mark the drilling points. The distance between the drilling holes is 65mm.
3. Drill Holes and Insert Anchors: Drill holes at the marked positions and insert the provided anchors flush with the ceiling surface.
4. Secure Mounting Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly secured.
5. Connect Electrical Wires: Carefully connect the electrical wires from your ceiling to the terminal block on the LED panel. Ensure Live (L), Neutral (N), and Ground (E) wires are connected correctly and securely. Use the insulation sleeves for protection.
6. Attach LED Panel: Carefully align the LED panel with the mounting bracket and secure it.
7. Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.

4. Operating Instructions

Your B.K.Licht LED Panel Light is operated using the included remote control. Ensure batteries are inserted correctly into the remote control.

Remote Control Functions:

• ON/OFF: Press the 'ON' button to turn the light on, and 'OFF' to turn it off.
• Brightness Adjustment (Dimming): Use the brightness buttons (sun icons) to increase or decrease the light intensity.
• Color Temperature Control (CCT): Use the CCT buttons (sun/snowflake icons) to cycle through or select specific color temperatures:
  • 3000K (Warm White): For a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
  • 4000K (Neutral White): Ideal for general illumination and daily tasks.
  • 6500K (Cool White): Bright, invigorating light suitable for work areas.
• Night Light Function: Activates a very low brightness setting for subtle illumination.
• Timer Function: Press the timer button to set the light to automatically turn off after 30 minutes.
• Memory Function: The light will remember your last brightness and color temperature setting when it is turned off and then back on.

Important Note: The dimming function is exclusively controlled by the provided remote control. Do not connect this LED panel to an external dimmer switch, as this may damage the product.

• Clean the surface of the LED panel with a soft, dry cloth.

• Light does not turn on:
  • Check if the main power supply is connected and switched on.
  • Ensure the remote control batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.

• Remote control not working:
  • Check the battery polarity and charge. Replace batteries if they are old or depleted.
  • Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote control and the LED panel.
  • Make sure you are within the effective range of the remote control.
• Light flickers or behaves erratically:
  • Ensure all electrical connections are tight and secure.
  • Confirm that no external dimmer switch is connected to the light fixture.
