1. Product Overview

2. Setup

2.1 Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your Life Q20+ headphones. Use the included USB-C cable and a 5.0V==1.0A (or higher) charger. The LED indicator will show charging status.

2.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
• To power off: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator turns off.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device, enable Bluetooth and select "Soundcore Life Q20+" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

2.4 Multipoint Connection

The Life Q20+ headphones can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. This allows you to seamlessly switch between listening to music, making calls, or participating in video meetings on different devices.

3. Operating Your Headphones

3.1 Controls

The headphones feature intuitive controls for managing audio playback, calls, and noise cancellation modes.

• Power Button: Power on/off, enter pairing mode.
• Volume Up/Down: Adjust audio volume.
• Multi-function Button: Play/pause music, answer/end calls, activate voice assistant.
• ANC Button: Toggle between Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Normal, and Transparency modes.

3.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Life Q20+ utilizes four microphones and a digital active noise cancellation algorithm to effectively reduce up to 90% of low and mid-frequency sounds, such as car engines and airplane noise. Press the ANC button to activate or deactivate this feature.

3.3 Transparency Mode

3.5 Wired Listening

• Note: For hearing protection, the maximum volume is set to approximately 95dB. Avoid excessively loud volumes for prolonged periods.
