Setup

1. Initial Charging

2. Preparing for Neck Massage

• Ensure your neck skin is clean.
• For optimal conductivity and comfort, lightly moisten your neck with a damp towel or apply a small amount of water-based lotion to the areas where the metal pulse pads will make contact.
• Place the massager around your neck, ensuring the three metal pulse pads are in direct contact with your skin. The ergonomic L-shape design should fit comfortably.

3. Using Extended Body Massage Patches

• Connect the extended core cable to the designated port on the neck massager unit.
• Attach the adhesive pads to the extended massage patches. Remove the protective film from the adhesive pads.
• Apply the extended massage patches to other areas of your body requiring relief, such as shoulders, back, arms, or legs. Ensure good skin contact.
• The extended patches will operate simultaneously with the neck massage function, using the same mode and intensity settings.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• Press and hold the Power button on the remote control or the main unit for a few seconds to turn the device on. The remote display will illuminate.
• To turn off, press and hold the Power button again.
• The device will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of continuous use or 60 seconds of inactivity to prevent overuse and conserve battery.

2. Selecting Massage Modes

The ALKAI N1 offers 5 distinct massage modes. Press the Mode (M) button on the remote control to cycle through them. The current mode (M1-M5) will be displayed on the remote.

• M1: Kneading - Simulates a kneading massage motion.

3. Adjusting Intensity Levels

4. Activating Heat Therapy

Press the Heat button on the remote control to activate the heat function. The device will maintain a constant temperature of approximately 107.6°F (42°C) for soothing warmth. Press the button again to turn off the heat.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Device:

• Ensure the device is turned off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning.
