2. Important Safety Information
WARNING: Always read and understand the entire operator's manual before using this product. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury.

- Ensure the dual lock safety mechanism is engaged when not in use and during blade changes.
- Keep hands and body parts clear of the blades during operation.
- Do not attempt to cut branches thicker than 7.95 mm (0.31 inches) with the hedge trimmer blade.
- Avoid hitting hard objects like stones or metal, as this can damage the blade and cause the tool to stop working.
- Only use the provided Type-C charging cable and a compatible 5V/2A power source.

3. Setup and Initial Charge
3.1 Attaching Blades:
The WORKPRO trimmer comes with two interchangeable blades: a grass shear blade and a shrub shear blade. To attach or change a blade:
- Ensure the trimmer is turned off and the safety lock is engaged.
- Remove the protective cover from the blade.
- Locate the blade release button on the main unit (refer to Figure 2). Press and hold this button.
- Align the chosen blade with the main unit's attachment point and push it firmly until it clicks into place.
- Release the blade release button. Ensure the blade is securely fastened before use.

3.2 Initial Charge:
The trimmer is equipped with a 2000mAh lithium-ion battery. It may come with a partial charge, but it is recommended to fully charge it before first use.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging socket on the trimmer (refer to Figure 2).
- Plug the other end of the Type-C cable into a compatible 5V/2A power source (e.g., mobile phone charger, laptop/PC, car charger, power bank USB port).
- The Charger LED Indicator will illuminate during charging. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Starting the Trimmer:
The trimmer features a dual lock safety design to prevent accidental activation.
- Push the safety lock-off button (located at the top of the handle, refer to Figure 2).
- While holding the safety lock-off button, press and hold the ON/OFF switch (trigger) to start the trimmer.
- You can release the safety lock-off button after the machine starts; continue to hold the ON/OFF switch for continuous operation.

4.2 Using the Grass Shear Blade:
The grass shear blade is ideal for trimming grass around edges, pathways, and small areas where a lawnmower cannot reach. It provides a maximum cutting width of 4.17 inches (106mm).

4.3 Using the Shrub Shear Blade:
The shrub shear blade is perfect for shaping hedges, small shrubs, and trimming twigs. It offers a maximum cutting length of 5.9 inches (150mm) and can cut branches up to 0.31 inches (7.95mm) thick.
