1. Introduction

2. What's in the Box
Upon unboxing your Divoom Beetles Mini Bluetooth Speaker, please ensure all the following items are present:
- 1 x Divoom Beetles Speaker
- 1 x USB Charging Cable
- 1 x Lanyard
- 1 x User Manual (this document)
- 1 x Carry Box

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. The Divoom Beetles Mini has a powerful battery providing up to 12 hours of playtime.
- Locate the USB charging port on the side of the speaker.
- Connect the smaller end of the provided USB cable to the speaker's charging port.
- Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will turn off or change color once charging is complete.

3.2 Powering On/Off
To power on or off the speaker:
- Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or top) for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt or see an indicator light.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button again for a few seconds until the speaker powers down.
3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
To connect your Divoom Beetles Mini to a Bluetooth-enabled device:
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (it usually enters this mode automatically when powered on for the first time or if no device is connected). An indicator light may flash to show it's ready to pair.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices. You should see "Divoom Beetles Mini" or a similar name in the list.
- Select the speaker from the list to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will become solid.
Note: If prompted for a password, enter "0000".
3.4 Inserting a TF Card
The speaker supports TF cards up to 32GB for MP3 playback.
- Locate the TF card slot on the speaker.
- Gently insert the TF card into the slot with the metal contacts facing down (or as indicated by a small icon next to the slot) until it clicks into place.
- The speaker will automatically switch to TF card playback mode if a card with supported audio files is detected.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Bluetooth Playback
Once paired, you can control music playback directly from your connected device or using the speaker's controls:
- Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button (often marked with a play/pause icon).
- Next Track: Press and hold the volume up button or a dedicated next track button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the volume down button or a dedicated previous track button.
- Volume Control: Rotate the dial or press the volume up/down buttons to adjust the volume.
4.2 FM Radio Operation
The Divoom Beetles Mini features a built-in FM radio antenna for listening to local stations.
- Switch the speaker to FM mode. This might be done by pressing a dedicated mode button or by rotating a dial.
- Auto-Scan: To automatically scan and save available FM stations, press and hold the play/pause button. The speaker will scan and store stations.
- Tune Stations: Use the next/previous track buttons to cycle through the saved stations. The frequency dial on the front of the speaker will visually indicate the approximate frequency.

4.3 TF Card Playback
Once a TF card with MP3 files is inserted, the speaker will typically switch to TF card mode automatically.
- Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button.
- Next Track: Press and hold the volume up button or a dedicated next track button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the volume down button or a dedicated previous track button.
4.4 Call Handling (if applicable)
If your speaker supports hands-free calling (common for Bluetooth speakers):
- Answer Call: Press the multi-function button once when a call comes in.
- End Call: Press the multi-function button once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for a few seconds when a call comes in.
5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Divoom Beetles Mini speaker, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the speaker's surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents, as these can damage the finish.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Battery Care: To preserve battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the speaker to about 50% every few months.
- Water Resistance: This speaker is not waterproof. Avoid exposing it to water or excessive moisture.
- Handling: Handle the speaker with care. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to strong impacts.
