  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the carton. Ensure all components are present: main frame, two front wheels, two rear wheels, two brake handles, backrest, and storage bag.
  2. Unfold Rollator Frame: Place the folded rollator on a flat surface. Push down on the seat until the frame is fully extended and locked into place. Ensure the frame is stable before proceeding.
  3. Remove Pre-attached Front Wheels (if applicable): The front wheels may be pre-attached at the bottom of the frame for shipping. To remove them, press the metal button on the side of the wheel tube and pull the wheel from the frame. Repeat for the other side.
  4. Attach Front Wheels: Press the metal button on the front wheel tube and insert the tube into the designated opening at the front of the rollator frame. Push until the button securely snaps into place. Repeat for the other front wheel.
  5. Attach Rear Wheels: Ensure the brake shoe on the rear wheel is facing the outside of the rollator. Press the metal button on the rear wheel tube and insert it into the opening at the rear of the frame. Push until the button securely snaps into place. Repeat for the other rear wheel.
  6. Attach Brake Handles and Adjust Height: With the rollator standing upright, press the metal button on the handle tube and slide the handle into the frame. Adjust the handle to your desired height, ensuring the button snaps into one of the adjustment holes. Repeat for the other handle. Make sure both handles are set at the same height for balanced support.
  7. Assemble Backrest: Ensure the loop strap on the backrest is on the same side as the cane holder (if present). Slide the ends of the backrest into the designated slots on the frame. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws on both sides to secure the backrest firmly in place.
  8. Attach Storage Bag: Open the loops on the sides of the storage bag. Slide these loops onto the frame bars beneath the seat, ensuring the bag is securely attached and positioned for easy access.
