5. Filling the Dispenser
Carefully place pills into the correct compartments according to your dosage ring and schedule. The dosage in the slot immediately to the right of the tab on the dosage ring will be your starting dose.

Once filled, close the cover securely. For extra security, you can lock the cover using the key.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning of the removable tray is recommended to ensure hygiene and proper functioning. As mentioned in the setup section, wash the removable tray with warm, soapy water and allow it to dry completely. Do not submerge the main unit in water or place any part of the dispenser in a dishwasher.
Periodically check the battery level on the LCD display. Replace batteries promptly when the low battery alert appears to ensure continuous operation.
Troubleshooting
- Pills not dispensing or getting stuck: This dispenser is designed for various pill sizes, but very small or very large pills may occasionally cause issues. Ensure pills are not overcrowded in compartments. If pills are consistently getting stuck, consider if the size is compatible with the dispenser's mechanism.
- Pills accessible when locked: The locking mechanism is designed to prevent unauthorized opening of the lid. However, if the unit is inverted, smaller pills might still be able to fall out through the dispensing slot. Always keep the dispenser upright to prevent accidental dispensing.
- "Err" message on display: An "Err" message typically indicates a malfunction. First, try replacing the batteries with fresh ones. If the issue persists, attempt a manual reset (refer to the full instruction manual for reset procedures). If the error continues, contact customer support.
- Alarm volume too low: The dispenser offers 3 volume options. Ensure the volume is set to an appropriate level for the user. Refer to the programming instructions to adjust the alarm volume.
