Operating Instructions

Preparing Ingredients

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • The 83mm wide chute accommodates whole fruits and vegetables, reducing the need for pre-cutting. For very large items or fibrous vegetables like celery, it is recommended to cut them into smaller pieces to prevent clogging and optimize juice extraction.
  • Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries) and tough skins (e.g., pineapple, melon, citrus).

Juicing Process

  1. Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the juicer.
  3. Use the FWD (Forward) mode for normal juicing. This mode operates at a low speed (47-60 RPM) to minimize heat buildup and oxidation, preserving nutrients.
  4. Gradually feed prepared ingredients into the wide feed chute. Use the food pusher if necessary, but do not force ingredients.
  5. Juice will flow into the juice container, and pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
  6. If ingredients get stuck or the juicer clogs, press the REV (Reverse) button for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then switch back to FWD mode.
  7. After juicing, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the juicer and unplug it from the outlet.
