Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash the 8 qt. Cooking Pot, 5 qt. Cook and Crisp Basket, and Deluxe Reversible Rack in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the main unit on a clean, dry, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation.

Operating Instructions

The Ninja Foodi XL features a unique SmartLid Slider that allows you to switch between three cooking modes: Pressure Cook, SteamCrisp, and Air Fry/Stovetop.

SmartLid Slider

The SmartLid Slider is located on the top of the lid. Slide it to the desired position to activate the corresponding cooking mode. The display will indicate the active mode.
